Purepage Server allows administrators full
control over when and how users can
submit documents as well as who can submit documents. Administrators have full
control over how the documents are rendered and what the resultant HTML
documents will look like. Purepage Server integrates with the Windows NT file and
folder security to provide familiar control over access restrictions.
Setup couldn’t be simpler, after installation and rebooting, administrators can define
which folders should be watched. Watched folders are scanned at predetermined
intervals and any newly contributed documents are automatically rendered into
HTML documents based on the user defined folders settings. Administrators have the
option of executing powerful scripts after each conversion to control exactly what
happens to the rendered HTML documents.
